摘    要:高校的发展与高校教师的发展是我国高等教育研究上两个经久不衰的课题。从20世纪80年代开始,我国在高等教育理论研究方面已取得了一系列的成果,在高校的发展和高校教师的发展研究上也做了一些有益的探索。但在高等教育研究的过程中,能把学校的发展和教师的发展有机地联系起来,能有效地促进学校和教师双赢发展的研究还非常薄弱。因此,对高校教师与学校双赢发展策略进行深入的探讨和研究,有助于推动高校教学改革的可持续发展。

Abstract:The development of collegiate teacher and college is perpetual subject in higher education research. Since 1980's, our country has acquired a series of achievements in theoretical research of higher education and has also explored the mutual development of collegiate teacher and college. However, it is still deficient in the research of the double-winning development strategy of collegiate teacher and college. So, this paper analyzed the double-winning development strategy of collegiate teacher and college in order to push the sustainable development of college teaching reform.
