| 摘 要： | 目的:研究健脾消癌方防止裸鼠大肠癌术后肝转移及其作用机制。方法:建立裸鼠人大肠癌细胞肝转移模型,将裸鼠随机分为模型组、西药组、中药组和假手术组,观察各组裸鼠的肝转移发生情况,测定裸鼠血清VEGF的表达。结果:中药组裸鼠肝转移癌结节低于模型对照组,血清VEFG的表达明显低于模型组,其差异均有统计学意义。结论:健脾消癌方能抵制大肠癌术后模型裸鼠的肝转移,其作用可能与降低血清VEFG的表达有关。
