| 摘 要： | 从中药产权或行政保护现状及众多的不同观点入手宏观地分析了我国中药知识产权保护存在的问题,在进一步梳理中药知识产权保护原则与内容的基础上,提出了构建以中药知识产权法律保护为主,以中药知识产权行政保护和中药知识产权行业保护为辅的中药知识产权保护体系的建议。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes problems of protecting Chinese medicine information property right from the aspects of Chinese medicine information property right or administration protection status as well as numerous different viewpoints concerning this area. By further summarizing principles and contents of Chinese medicine information property right protection, the writers suggest that a system should be constructed to protect Chinese medicine information property right by taking law protection as the main part and administration plus trade protection as the supplementary part. |
