| 摘 要： | 目的探讨nm23-H1基因蛋白表达与鼻咽癌颅内转移的关系.方法用nm23-H1单克隆抗体对68例鼻咽癌患者的102份标本进行免疫组织化学染色(SP)法,检测nm23-H1蛋白的表达.结果在鼻咽癌中,nm23-H1蛋白表达与颅内转移的发生及预后均有明显相关性(P＜0.05).结论原发肿瘤中nm23-H1表达下降对脑转移癌的发生及预后具有重要意义,检测鼻咽癌组织中nm23-H1蛋白表达水平可能是预测鼻咽癌颅内转移及预后的重要指标.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the prognostic association of nm23-H1 expression with intracranial metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods The expressive level of nm23-H] protein was detected by immunohisto chemical assay (SP procedure) with the use of monoclonal antibody against nm23-H1 among 102 samples collected from 68 cases of NPC. Results Among these cases with NPC,the expressive level of nm23-H1 protein in the cancerous tissues in nasopharynx was significantly associated with the occurrence of intracranial metastasis from NPC (P<0. 05). Conclusions Decreased expression of nm23-H1 in the primary cancerous tissue in nasopharynx holds very inportant implication in the intracranial metastasis from this lesion and in the prognosis of this condition. Therefore,it can be taken as an important indicator for predicting the intracranial metastasis from NPC and the prognosis of this condition. |
