军队心理卫生工作现状调查分析

摘    要:目的了解军队心理卫生工作的现状及特点,为军队心理卫生工作的有效开展提供参考依据。方法采用自编问卷对196名军队心理卫生工作骨干进行调查,并按单位类别和级别分组,进行组间比较。结果(1)在调查的196名心理卫生工作骨干中,98.5%认为心理工作是必要的,仅34.4%认为是有效的。而54.0%和77.5%分别认为不满意和不具多样性。(2)不同类别单位对有效性、满意度及多样性的高低评分依次为军队医院、军队院校、军队机关、基层部队;对人才专业素质的评分依次为军队医院、军队院校、基层部队、军队机关;对设备齐全的高低评分依次为军队院校、军队医院、军队机关、基层部队。(3)不同级别单位对有效性、满意度的高低评分依次为师级、团级、营级、连级;对多样性的高低评分依次为师级、营级、团级、连级;对人才专业素的质高低评分依次为师级、营级、团级、连级:对设备齐全的高低评分依次为营级、团级、师级、连级。结论不同类别、不同级别单位在心理工作开展、人才队伍建设和硬件设备方面均有明显差异。因此,在开展军队心理卫生工作中应充分考虑不同类别及级别单位的差异,以提高服务质量。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the current situation of mental health work in army, so as to pro- vide the basis for carrying out effective mental health work. Methods The self-made questionnaire was used to test 196 key members of military mental health work. The subjects were divided into 4 groups according to different types and ranks of units respectively. Results (1) Of the 196 key members, 98.5% considered that mental health work was necessary ; 34.4% effective ; while 54.0% and 77.5% not satisfactory and not diverse respectively. (2) In different types of units, the evaluation scores for effectiveness, satisfaction, and diversity in decreasing order were as follows : military hospital, military college/institute, military office, military basic unit ; for talent professional quali- ty : military hospital, military college/institute, military basic unit, military office ; for completeness of hardware e- quipment : military college/institute, military hospital, military office, military basic unit. ( 3 ) In different ranks of u- nits, the evaluation scores for effectiveness, satisfaction in decreasing order were as follows : division, regiment, battal- ion, company ; for diversity : division, battalion, regiment, company ; for talent professional quality : division, battalion, regiment, company ; for completeness of hardware equipment : battalion, regiment, division, company. Conclusion There are marked differences in carrying out mental health work, talent reserve, and hardware equipment among different types and ranks of military units ; therefore it is necessary to consider these diffences to improve the mental health work.
