| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨护理管理在控制医院感染中的效果。方法：自2002年以来，我院加强护理管理，通过严格培训、健全组织、规范行为、完善制度等护理管理来控制医院感染。结果：环境卫生监测合格率明显提高，医院感染率明显下降，统计学分析均有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：护理管理可以有效地控制医院感染。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the effect of nursing management in the control of nosocomial infection. Methods Since 2002, our hospital intensive care management, and through rigorous training, a sound organization, regulate behavior, improve the system of nursing management to control hospital infection. The results of environmental monitoring of compliance has improved significantly, the hospital infection rate decreased significantly, both statistically significant difference （ P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion nursing management can effectively control hospital infection. |
