| Abstract: | Mutagenic effects of physical (different irradiations), chemical (alcohol, tobacco smoke, drugs, chemicals at the working place, etc.), and biological (viruses) agents in man can be evaluated by screening for chromosomal aberrations in the peripheral blood lymphocytes. This human lymphocyte test system is described and the results obtained are discussed. |
