新生儿窒息的原因与预防

研究目的探讨新生儿窒息的发病原因和预防方法。方法对113例新生儿窒息的临床资料，包括发病原因，发病因素和病死率进行了回顾性研究。结果113例新生儿窒息中，胎盘功能不全发病率最高（247.7％），其次为脐带问题（21.2％）及产程延长（13.2％）。孕周小于35周及大于42周者发病率高。结论胎盘功能不全、脐带问题和产程延长是新生儿窒息的主要原因，应针对病因进行积极的防治。

The causes and prvention of asphyxia neonatorum

Objective Reseatch to the causes and protective methods of asphyxia neonatorum.Method The clinical data of 113 cases ofasphyxia neonatorum, including the causes ofdisease, pathogenlc factors and fatality rate. werestudied respectively.Results The study resuits indicate that the mobidity of placental insufficincy is highest (24.7%),abnormality of umbilical cord second (21.2%), and prolonged labor third (13.2%) in 113 cases of asphyxia neonatorum. The incidence of asphyxia neonatorum is highest gestational period of ＜35weeks and ＞48 weeds (75. 1 %).Conclusion Placental insufficincy, abnormality of umbilical cord and prolonged labor are major causes of asphyxia neonatorum. Prophylactictherapentic measures of asphyxia neonatorum mustput into effect actively.
