新光复方碘强化液的研制和应用

研究目的研制生产碘蛋的安全有效饲料添加剂。研究背景碘蛋是目前国际上新兴的防病治疗保健食品。生产碘蛋需要特殊的饲料添加剂，但目前国内外生产碘蛋的饲料添加剂均为粉状剂型。为大规模生产优质破全，我们研制出一种使用方便的液体饲料添加剂－新光复方碘强化液。研究方法在实验室各期笼养洛斯蛋鸡探索出“新光复方础强化液”的基础上，在几个大型养鸡场对300只蛋鸡分别进行终期试验和开发生产。蛋碘含量以城人化化学法检测。在数家医院对21例伴高脂血症、高血压病的糖尿病患者进行了疗效观察。结果使用本饲料添加剂（每只蛋鸡1ml／天），1周后可获得与国内外合总量相似（21～23μg／g）、疗效相同的碘蛋。此碘量对糖尿病、高脂血症、高血压病患者有一定治疗作用。结论新光复方求强化液是生产合格碘蛋理想的饲料添加剂。

A research about manufastation and application of Xinguang complex iodine-enriched solution

Objective This study was designed for research and producing a safe and effective feeds addighve of producing iodine-enriched eggs.Background At the present, the ioding-enriched eggs are a new and expanding health feeds in intemational for invention and treatment disease. To produee the iodiec-enriched eggs requires the special feed additive, but all feed additive of producing iodine-enriched eggs are powder in domestic and abroad. The present design was to develop a more covenient to operation and it shall is a feed additive in liquid-Xinguang complex iodine-enriched solution. Methods Lose hen was used in the laboratory for producing XingUang complex iodine-en-riched solution, and suituble dosage and the end phase test and spreading producing with 3000 hens were performed in the several hen farm. Iodine contents of the iodine-enriched eggs was messured with alkaline ashing chemical method. Twenty one cases of diabetes with hyperlipiodAnia and hypertension have been observed for treatment effect in the several hospitals.Results By appling this iodine-enriched solution (fed 1 ml/day. every hen), after one week the iodine contents of the iodine-enriched eggs are similar in the amounts(21-23μg/g·egg).This iodine enriched eggs have certain treatment and provention effects for cases of diabetes with hyperlipedimia and hypertension.Conclution Xinguang complex iodine-en-riched solution is a ideal feed additive for producing iodine-enriched eggs.
