双相情感障碍脑电地形图研究

研究目的探讨脑电地形图和双相情感障碍的关系.研究背景目前对双相情感障碍脑电地形图之研究甚少，尤其是在治疗前后脑电地形图变化方面至今尚无人报道.方法对51例双相情感障碍患者在治疗前后做脑电地形图检查，并和30名健康人比较.结果进行统计学处理.结果双相情感障碍患者脑电地形图异常率为52.94%.患者α波频率降低，θ波频率增高，多见于额、颞区，且两半球对称性较差。经治疗后θ波频率趋向正常.结论脑电地形图可作为一种新的研究双相情感障碍的有效方法.

A study of brain electrical activity mapping in 51 patients With bipolar affective psychosis
