抑郁性神经症和抑郁症快动眼睡眠指标的对照研究

研究目的探讨抑郁性神经症有无快动眼睡眠指标变化。研究背景Kupfer（1972）首先提出快动眼睡眠潜伏期缩短是抑郁症的生物学特征，国内有关此类研究的报道仅2篇，作为抑郁症的一个亚型─抑郁性神经征的快前研睡眼研究，国内外尚罕见报道，有必要对其进行研究。研究方法对同期住院的抑郁性神经症、抑郁症及正常人各12例，进行连续2夜的睡眠脑电图描记，对比观察快动眼睡眠各项指标。结果抑郁性神经症快前眼睡眠活动度、强度及密度与抑郁症相比呈减弱趋势，与正常人相比呈增强趋势，其中以快前眼睡眠密度最为敏感，与抑郁症、正常组对比，差异均显著（P＜0．05）。快动眼睡眠潜伏期3组相比，无明显差异。结论抑郁性神经症具有快动眼睡眠指标改变。

The control-study of rapid eye movement (REM) sleep indices in patients with depressive neurosis and depression

The purpose of this study was to understand if there were indices' changes of theREM sleep in the depressive neurosis.Background Kupfer (1972) first put forwardthat the latency of thee REM sleep was the biological feature of depression. There had been only 2reports about this problem domesticly, but had been few report concerning the study of the REM sleep in patients with the depressive neurosis - a subtype of the depression at home and abroad. It was necessary to study the condition. Methods The sleep EEG were made in 12 depressive neuroses and 12 depressions simultaneously admitted as well as 12 normals for continuous 2 nights, and all the indices of the REM sleep comparatively observed. Results Compared to the depressions, the activity, intensity and density of the depressive neurosis tended to be weak and strong, and the differences were significant (P<0.05). The REM density was the most sensitive. there were not obvious difference in the REM sleep's latencies among the 3 groups.Conclution There are changes of the REM indices in the depressive neuroses.
