活动性肺结核痰ATBAB检测的临床研究

研究目的探讨EUSA法疾抗结核抗体(ATBAB)检测对活动性肺结核的诊断价值.研究背景目前活动性肺结核的疾菌阳性率较低.已有用ELISA法检测血清、脑脊液、胸腹水ATBAB的报道。采用ELISA法检测活动性肺结核痰中ATBAS,国内外未见报道。方法由四川省中医研究院提供试剂盒。用EUSA法分别检测田例活动性肺结核、26例肺癌、36例细菌性肺炎患者痰ATBAB,结果采用方差分析处处理。结果活动性肺结核痰ATBAB阳性率与非结核组相比有非常显著性差异(P＜0.01)。本检测方法诊断活动性肺结核的敏感性为81.4％,特异性为100％。结论该检测方法在活动性肺结核的诊断和鉴别诊断中有较高应用价值。

A clinicl study of sputum ATBAB in active pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To search for diagnostic value of anti-tuberculosis antibody (ATBAB) assay in sputum to active pulmonarty tuberculosis.Background The postive rate of sputum bacteriologic examination in active pulmonary tuborculosis is lower at the present. The ATBAB assay in blood. cerebro-spinal fluid. effusion in pleural cavity have been reported. We have detected ATBAB in sputum of active pulmonary tuberculosis with ELISA. The similar reports has not been seen abroad and in our country.Mothod The ATBAB in sputum was detected with ELISA in 86 cases of active pulmonary tuberculosis. 26 cases of lung carcinoma and 36 cases of bacterial pneumonia.Results The positive rate of ATBAB in sputum of patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis is higher than other groups significantly (P＜0.01). The sensitivity and specificity of this method are 81 .4% and 100% respectively.Conclusion This method has an important clinical value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of lung tuberculosis.
