针刺治疗糖尿病动眼神经麻痹的临床观察

目的:观察针刺治疗糖尿病动眼神经麻痹的疗效。方法:将48例糖尿病动眼神经麻痹患者随机分为治疗组24例和对照组24例,对照组予口服降糖药物和注射胰岛素控制血糖,维生素B1、B12肌肉注射,维脑路通氯化钠注射液静脉点滴,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上予针刺睛明、丝竹空、太阳、百会、足三里、丰隆、光明、三阴交、太冲等穴,两组治疗20天后观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.8%,对照组总有效率为70.8%,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺治疗糖尿病动眼神经麻痹的疗效较好。

Acupuncture in Treatment of Diabetes-associated Oculomotor Nerve Palsy

Objective:To observe the effect of treatment on diabetes-associated oculomotor nerve palsy by acupuncture.Methods:48 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly.24 cases in the control group were injected with insulin,vitamin B1,vitamin B12 and troxerutin,24 cases in the therapy group were taken acupuncture in addition.Results:The curative effect in therapy group is much better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of acupuncture is superior to western medicine in the treatment of diabetes-associated oculomotor nerve palsy.
