选择性支气管动脉灌注抗癌药物治疗晚期肺癌(附43例报告)

本组对４３例资料齐全，经细胞学或组织学确诊为晚期肺癌的病人，采用Ｓｌｄｉｎｇｅｒ技术，行选择性支气管动脉灌注抗癌物治疗共９３例次，结果表明，肺癌肿块完全消失或缩小者３７例。占８６％，临床症状消失或部分缓解者４０例，占９３％。５例患者经二次灌注，行手术治疗，手术切除率１１．６％。

Using Selective Bronchial Artery Infusion with Anti-Cancer Medicines for Treatment of Advanced Carcinoma of Lung

Using Seldinger technique,we treated the 43 cases of the advanced lung carcinoma definitely diagnosed with cytology or histology,by selective bronchial artery infusion of anti-cancer medicines for 93 times.The results indicate that the pulmonary tumor masses of 37 cases were completely disappeared or reduced (86%),the clinical symptoms of 40 cases were disappeared or extenuated (93%).5 cases of double infusions were resected by surgical operation.The resection rate was 11.6%,the average survival time of all patients was 18 months.After infusion,the carcinoma cells were immediately killed,tumor mass disappeared or reduced and clinical symptoms remitted.The short-term effect of the technique is excellent,and has characteristics of shorter time,less side effect and a quick therapeutic action.So that,the selective bronchial artery infusion with anti-cancer medicines is a safe and effective method for treatment of advanced lung carcinoma.
