外科手术预防应用抗菌药物情况调查与分析

目的:了解外科手术预防性应用抗菌药物的情况。方法:回顾性调查2006年4月~6月Ⅰ、Ⅱ类切口手术病历202份,填写调查表进行统计分析。结果:预防性抗菌药物使用率100%;使用频率最高的药物是3代头孢菌素加β内酰胺酶抑制剂;联合用药63.37%;疗程最短2天,最长20天,平均5.88天;术前30分钟用药15.35%。结论:本次调查显示,外科预防用抗菌药物在用药指征、药物选择、用药时机、使用疗程等方面存在诸多问题,应引起足够的重视。

Preventive Use of Antibacterials in Surgery: Survey and Analysis

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the preventive use of antibacterials in surgery.METHODS: 202 operation histories of type I and II incisions from April to June of 2006 were reviewed retrospectively and analyzed statistically by questionnaire survey.RESULTS: 100% had preventive use of antibacterials.Leading the first in terms of DDDs was third generation cephalosporin and enzyme inhibitors;63.37% had combined use of drugs;the course of treatment ranged from 2 to 2 days, with an average of 5.88 days;15.35% used drugs 30 min before surgery.CONCLUSION: The survey showed that there are still many problems involved in the preventive use of antibacterials in surgery,e.g.medication indications,choice of drugs,medication time,course of treatment etc,all of which call for our attention.
