| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨我国制药企业的跨国研发发展战略。方法 :比较和分析国内、外制药企业新药研发状况 ,预测我国制药企业实施跨国研发发展战略可能遇到的困难。结果与结论 :我国制药企业具备实施跨国研发发展战略的条件。跨国研发活动可以通过跨国直接投资和跨国并购两种方式开展,并可考虑选取我国香港作为跨国研发的桥头堡。

Discussion on the Transnational R&D Strategy of Chinese Pharmaceutical Enterprises |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To discuss the transnational R&D strategy of Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises.METHODS:To compare and analyse the R&D status of the pharmaceutical enterprises in China and developed countries.To predicate the difficulties of the transnational R&D strategy.RESULTS &CONCLUSION:It is very possible to carry out the transnational R&D strategy for Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises.They can realize the transnational R&D activity by FDI and M&A,and choose Hongkong as the first location for this strategy. |
