| 摘 要： | 临床上胫腓骨骨折并软组织缺损在创伤骨科常见，治疗上比较困难。自2001年1月至2005年3月，采用比目鱼肌肌（骨）瓣修复小腿远段软组织缺损及骨外露、坏死，疗效满意，报告如下。
