| 摘 要： | 目的回顾性调查医院住院患者抗菌药使用情况,为临床用药提供参考。方法调查2008年4月3日前住院患者抗菌药物使用情况,以Excel表格进行分类统计。结果在120例患者中有100例(81.7%)在住院期间使用过抗菌药物,平均住院(91.2±122.7)d,人均用抗菌药物(25.6±33.8)d;64.0%的患者在住院期间联用过2种抗菌药物,使用频率最高的前5个品种分别为左氧氟沙星、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、阿奇霉素和环丙沙星,美罗培南、万古霉素、克林霉素使用日剂量偏高。结论住院患者抗菌药物使用存在用药起点偏高、疗程偏长、联用不合理等问题,应加强干预管理。
