肾病综合征患者白细胞介素-6和可溶性受体的测定及其临床意义

目的　探讨肾病综合征患者白细胞介素 6(IL 6)及其可溶性受体水平变化的临床意义。方法　采用酶联免疫吸附分析法 (ELISA)测定 3 5例肾病综合征患者血清IL 6及其可溶性受体 (sgp13 0、sgp80 )的水平。 结果　肾病综合征活动组血清IL 6、sgp13 0、sgp80浓度明显高于病情缓解组及对照组 (P均 <0 .0 0 1) ;缓解组血清IL 6、sgp13 0、sgp80浓度显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。血sgp13 0、sgp80水平和血肌酐呈正相关 (rsgp80 =0 .68,P <0 .0 1;rsgp13 0 =0 .5 5 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论　IL 6、sgp13 0和sgp80在肾病综合征发病过程中异常升高 ,且sgp13 0、sgp80浓度升高可作为判断肾小球活动性病变和 (或 )肾功能恶化的参考指标。

Clinical significance of serum interleukin-6 and its soluble interleukin-6 receptor in patients with nephrotic syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum IL 6, sgp130 and sgp80 levels in patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods The levels of serum IL 6, sgp130 and sgp80 in 35 cases of nephrotic syndrome were determined with ELISA.Results The levels of serum IL 6, sgp130 and sgp80 in nephrotic stage group were higher than those in nephrotic stage remission group( P < 0.001) and those in healthy control( P <0.001). Moreover, the levels of serum IL 6,sgp130 and sgp80 in nephrotic stage remission group were much higher than those in normal control( P <0.001).Serum sgp130 and sgp80 were correlated with those of serum creatinie( r sgp80 =0.68, P <0.01; r sgp130 = 0.55 , P <0.05). Conclusion IL 6, sgp130 and sgp80 increased remarkably in the development of nephrotic syndrome. Increased concentrations of sgp130 and sgp80 can serve as indicators of nephrotic syndrome activation and/or exacerbation of renal dysfunction.
