| 摘 要： | 在胃肠道钡餐造影过程中,十二指肠横——升部常见到一带状压迹,易误为肠系膜上血管压迹。本文通过200份胃肠道钡餐造影片,观察总结了这一压迹的位置、宽度及形态特点,证明该压迹为位于十二指肠后部的腹主动脉所致。

| Abstract: | During the examination of barium gastrointestinal tract,a band compression between the third and fourth part of duodenum is often seen and mistaken as those of upper mesenteric vessels easily.The authors observed and analyzed the location,width and shape of the compression in 200 cases of gastrointestinal barium film.The result shows that the compression is induced by abdominal aorta behind duodenum. |
