显微内镜椎间盘髓核切除术治疗极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症

目的探讨脊柱显微内镜治疗极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症的临床价值。方法回顾总结应用脊柱显微内镜经脊柱旁正中入路治疗18例极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症的临床资料。结果18例患者均获得随访，随访时间平均23个月，依据Macnab疗效评定标准，优15例，良2例，可1例，优良率为94．40％。结论应用脊柱显微内镜经脊柱旁正中入路治疗极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症，具有切口小、组织损伤少和恢复快的优点，能够有效地维持脊柱的稳定性，是一种治疗极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症新的微创方法。

Microendoscopic discectomy treatment for lateral lumber disc herniation

Objective] Inquiry into the clinical value of the microendoscopic disectomy(MED) treatment for far lateral lumbar disc herniation(FLLDH). Method] We collected and analyzed the clinical data that summarized application of microendoscopic disectomy through the beside center approach to cure 18 far lateral lumbar disc herniation. Result] 18 sufferers were acquired with following up period for average 23 months. All patients have been assessed by the Macnab curative effect. The evaluation shows 15 cases excellent, 2 cases good, and 1 case fair. The good rate is 94.40%. Conclusion] The applied microendoscopic disectomy treatment for far lateral lumbar disc herniation has some beneficial advantages which include a small incision, a little disturbing tissues, and a quick recovery. This also maintains more spinal stability. This new method can be used for the treatment of far lateral lumbar disc herniation.
