疏波短声对感音性聋的BAEP定位诊断意义

摘    要:目的 观察疏波短声在感音神经性聋脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)检测中的作用。方法对48人70只感音性聋耳各用疏波短声和疏密交替波短声给声进行BAEP检测,刺激声强:115dB peSPL-125dB peSPL。结果感音神经性聋耳在常规使用疏密交替波短声给声而BAEP无反应时,改用疏波短声给声则BAEP波型分化改善、出波率显提高。结论应用疏波短声给声有助于BAEP对感音性聋进一步的定位诊断。

Abstract:Objective To observe the actions of rarefaction clicks in BAEP location confirming diagnosis to sensorineural deafness. Methods 48 patients with 70 sensorineural deafness ears had the BAEP examined with alternate clicks and rarefaction clicks. Results The BAEP waves and the wave rate were improved significantly (P<0.01) when there was no response with alternate clicks. Conclusion Rarefaction clicks is helpful to BAEP location confirming diagnosis to sensorineural deafness.
