白细胞介素5、嗜酸性粒细胞在鼻息肉和鼻息肉病中差异性研究

目的:探讨IL-5表达、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)浸润程度在鼻息肉病、鼻息肉中的差异。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法检验鼻息肉病16例、鼻息肉22例和正常下鼻甲黏膜10例中IL-5阳性细胞的表达情况。HE染色计数所有病例EOS的浸润情况;血液自动分析仪计数外周血EOS。结果:(1)鼻息肉病、鼻息肉、正常下鼻甲黏膜3组HE染色切片Eo计数统计学上不全相同,F=20.7,P<0.05。两两比较差别均有统计学意义,P<0.01。(2)3组IL-5免疫组化染色切片中,IL-5阳性细胞数、IL-5阳性EOS数的差异均有统计学意义,F阳性Eos数=17.94,P<0.01;F阳性细胞数=27.61,P<0.01,两两比较差别均有统计学意义,P均<0.01。(3)血Eos数在3组之间的差别均无统计学意义,F=0.19,P>0.01。结论(:1)IL-5的半定量和鼻息肉组织中EOS计数可以作为区分鼻息肉病或鼻息肉的参考指标。(2)血液EOS数在鼻息肉病、鼻息肉和正常人间无差别。(3)EOS和IL-5在鼻息肉、鼻息肉病的发病、发展和复发上有重要意义。鼻息肉病的高复发可能和EOS的高浸润程度、IL-5的高表达水平有关。

The study of differences about interleukin-5 and eosinophils between nasal polyps and nasal polyposis

Objective:To study the differences of interleukin-5(IL-5) and eosinophil(EOS) in nasal polyps and nasal polyposis.Methods: 16 patients with nasal polyposis and 22 patients with nasal polyps and 10 control cases were chosen.Using immunohistochistochemical methods detect the number of the IL-5-positive cell and the IL-5-positive EOS in 48 cases;Using HE staining methods detect the degree of eosinophil infitration in 48 cases of inferior turbinate mucosa ,nasal polyps and nasal polyposis;Count the number of EOS of blood in each group. Result:There were very significant differences between either two groups about the number of the IL-5-positive cell and the IL-5-positive EOS and the degree of eosinophil infitration. There isn't significant difference about the number of EOS of blood in each group.Conclusion: 1.The degree of eosinophil infitration and the number of the IL-5-positive cell and the IL-5-positive EOS between nasal polyps and nasal polyposis is very significant differences,which can be egarded as an diagnostic indicator for discriminating nasal polyps and nasal polyposis.2. There isn't significantly different about the number of EOS of blood in nasal polyposis and nasal polyps and control cases.3.IL-5 and EOS plays an important role in the pathogenesis and development and recurrence of nasal polyps and nasal polyposis.Furthermore,high expression of IL-5 and high infitration of EOS in nasal polyposis may be contributed to the recurrence of nasal polyposis at a high level.
