| 摘 要： | 目的探讨简易腹膜透析在危重肾衰竭患者抢救中的应用价值。方法利用单腔、双腔血透导管应用于有血液透析（HD）及腹膜透析（PD）置管术相对禁忌的肾衰竭患者共7例。分别观察愈后、导管保留时间及并发症。结果3例ARF患者各项指标均恢复正常,1例A/C患者病情缓解暂时摆脱透析,2例最终进入维持性透析阶段,1例自动出院。导管保留时间为2-23d,无一例出现导管相关性严重并发症。结论血透导管运用于急诊PD简便、安全、疗效确切,可广泛应用于危重肾衰竭患者的抢救。
