| 摘 要： | 补肾升白液 ,由黄芪、茜草等组成。本研究观察该药对荷瘤小鼠放化疗的增效减毒作用 ,结果表明 ,该药对环磷酰胺 (CTX)、阿霉素 (ADM)化疗及6 0 Co放疗引起的荷瘤小鼠外周白细胞减少及骨髓DNA含量的降低有明显的升高作用 ;对小鼠移植性肿瘤的瘤重有明显的抑制作用 ;该药与化疗药(ADM)、6 0 Co放疗合并使用后有显著的抗癌增效作用

| Abstract: | Bushen Shengbai Liquid(BSSBL) is mainly composed of milk veteh and madder etc.This study investigated its coordinative effects with radiochemotherapy on the bearing mice.The results indicated that this decoction could incease the number of the peripheral white blood cell and marrow DNA concentration of the tumor bearing mice after the chemotherapy with cyclophosphmide and ADM or radiotherapy with 60 Co ;suppress the tumor growth.We concluded that BSSBL has the anti-tumor effect when it is used in chemotherapy or radiotherapy. |
