| 摘 要： | 目的；血浆血栓调节蛋白（TM）在糖尿病肾病中的变化及其意义。方法：检测68例2型糖尿病患者血浆TM与内皮素（ET）、血管性假血友病因子（vWF)的水平，并与30例正常人进行比较。结果：糖尿病组血浆TM水平明显高于正常对照组，临床糖尿病肾病（CDN）组的血浆TM水平明显高于早期糖尿病肾病（EDN）组及单纯糖尿病（SDM）组。血浆TM水平与ET、vWF水平及尿白蛋白排泄率均呈显著正相关。结论：血浆TM水平对糖尿病肾病的早期诊断及判断其血管内皮损伤程度有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the changes and significance of plasma TM levels in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods The levels of plasma TM,endothelin(ET) and von Willebrand factor(vWF) were measured in 68 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 30 normal controls.Results The levels of plasma TM were markedly elevated in diabetes mellitus group than in normal control group.The plasma TM levels in CDN group were significantly higher than those in SDM and EDN groups.Plasma TM had positive correlations to urinary albumin excretion rate,ET and vWF,respectively.Conclusions The measurement of plasma TM has an important meaning in evaluating the early diagnosis and severity of type 2 diabetes nephropathy. |
