血浆置换(PE)是将体内的血液抽出体外经分离血浆或血浆中的有害物质后再将等量的置换液回输回体内的血液净化方法。最初应用于肝脏疾病的治疗,尤其为急性肝功能衰竭的患者自身肝细胞修复和等待肝移植提供了宝贵时间。近年来,随着对疾病发病机制的认识以及PE技术的发展,PE的适应证已逐渐扩展至神经科、血液科、重症医学科、风湿科、皮肤科等多领域多学科,取得了一定的治疗效果,但尚有许多问题有待解决验证。

The promotion and clinical application of plasma exchange

Plasma exchange refers to a blood purification method that the equivalent is retransfused into the body after ex-traction of the blood for isolation of the harmful substances from the plasma.PE was initially used in the treatment of hepatic diseases and it had proved valuable time for hepatocelluar repair in acute hepatic failure(AHF) patients awaiting liver transplantation.In recent years,the indications of PE has been gradually extended to neurology,hematology,intensive,rheu-matology,dermatology and other multidisciplinary fields along with the understanding of pathogenesis and the development of PE technique,with certain treatment efficacy.Nerveless,there are still many issues to be resolved verified.
