河南省巩义市农村居民肠道寄生虫感染及预防知识、态度、行为的调查

目的　了解农村居民肠道寄生虫感染情况及预防知识、信念、行为 (knowledge、attitude、practice ,KAP) ,为进一步开展健康教育提供依据。　方法　采用粪检方法调查农村居民肠道寄生虫感染率 ;经过 1年健康教育后 ,再次粪检并采用无记名问卷方法调查KAP。　结果　初次调查居民肠道寄生虫感染率为 9.96% (186/ 1868) ;实施健康教育 1年后 ,寄生虫感染率为 5 .93 % (5 4/ 911) ;问卷调查中知识知晓率 13项 ,有 7项在 60 %以上 ;信念形成通过健康教育宣传等获取 ;行为形成率 7项中有 6项形成率在 85 %以上。　结论　开展防治寄生虫病的健康教育 ,可提高居民的防病知识 ,逐步形成健康行为 ,使寄生虫感染率明显下降。

INVESTIGATION ON THE INFECTION OF INTESTINAL PARASITES AND THE PREVENTIVE KNOWLEDGE, ATTITUDE AND PRACTICE IN COUNTRYSIDE RESIDENTS IN GONGYI, HENAN PROVINCE

Objective To understand the status of knowledge,attitude, practice (KAP) about prevention of the common parasitic diseases in the countryside residents,so as to provide basis data for health education of common parasitic diseases. Methods The methed of examing faeces was used to investigate the infection rate of intestinal parasites in countryside residents before and after health education. One year after health education,the questionnaire were carried out to investigate KAP. Results Before health education,the infection rate of intestinal parasites was 9.96%(186/1868),after that,the infection rate decreased to 5.93%(54/911). The knowledge acquainted rate was above 60% in 7 of 13 questionnaire items. the formation of belief was obtained by health education and so on. The formed rate of practice was above 85% in 6 of 7 items. Conclusion The health education can raise the residents' knowledge of preventive parasitic diseases,form progressively the health action and descend evidently the infection rate of parasites.
