减少患肢输液对脑卒中患者患肢功能恢复的影响

目的观察脑卒中患者患侧肢体输液对患肢功能恢复的影响。方法将90例患者随机分为对照组、观察治疗组1和2各30例，分别行患肢、非患肢和随机肢体输液，2wk后观察效果。结果治疗组1患肢功能治疗后较输液前具有显著疗效，治疗组2次之，对照组最差。结论使用卒中患者的患肢输液会加重患肢的水肿，影响患肢功能的恢复。通过比较减少患肢的输液能避免因护理不周而延误患肢功能的恢复。

Effect of Increased Affected Extremity Transfusion on Affected Extremity Functional Recovery in Stroke

Objective To observe the effect of affected extremity transfusion on functional recovery of affected extremity in stroke. Methods Ninety stroke patients were randomly divided into the control group and observational therapy group 1 and 2, each consisting of 30 cases, receiving the transfusion in affected, unaffected extremity, and random extremity. And the efficacies of them were observed 2 weeks after transfusion. Results The affected extremity function of the therapy group 1 after treatment was superior to that before treatment, followed by the therapy group2, and the control group.Conclusion Transfusion in the affected extremity of the stroke patient will aggratate the edema and affect the functional recovery of the affected extremity. And a decrease in affected extremity transfusion can aovid the prolonged functional recovery of the affected extremity caused by inappropriate nursing interventions.
