| 摘 要： | 应用ＣＥＡ、ｒａｓＰ２１和ＰＣＮＡ，通过ＡＢＣ法对２５例大肠腺瘤癌变组织进行了检测。结果显示：ＣＥＡ和Ｐ２１在癌变组织中表达类似，但后者更敏感，对乳头型腺瘤癌变组织表达更强。ＰＣＮＡ在癌变组织中阳性表达很敏感。在管状型和乳头型腺瘤癌变组织中表达类似，并与癌变组织的异型性成正相关。

| Abstract: | Twenty-five cases of colorectal adenoma with malignant transformation were examined by observing the expression of carcinoembryonic antigen,oncogene ras P21 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) with immunohisto chemical ABC method.The results showed that staining intensity of CEA and ras P21 were identical in tissues with malignant transformation,but the latter was more prominent.The papillary adenoma with malignant transformation had the strongest intensity.The positive expression for PCNA was very sensitive.The staining ability of PCNA was identical in tubular and papillary adenoma with malignant transformation and the expression of PCNA was positively correlated with the grade of dysplasia in tissues with malignant transformation. |
