| 摘 要： | 目的:评估坚强内固定技术治疗颌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析使用坚强内固定技术治疗的97例颌骨骨折患者的临床资料,总结临床应用经验。结果:97例中92例软组织创口Ⅰ期愈合,口内!关系恢复良好,颌面部外形和咀嚼功能得以恢复,张口度正常,治愈率达94.8%。术后6月X线片复查骨折愈合良好,均未见钛板或钛钉移位、断裂,周围骨质无疏松、吸收等现象。结论:微型钛板坚强内固定技术、效果确切,是治疗颌骨骨折的良好方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of rigid internal fixation using titanium miniplate on the fractures of maxillofacial bone. Methods: Rigid internal fixation using titanium miniplate were adopted to treat 97 patients with maxillofacial fractures in different site. Clinical data and clinical effect were retrospectively analysed. Results: The wounds of soft tissue were healed at primary stage in 92 cases, and the total cured rate was 94.8% in this group. X-rays examination 6 months postoperation confirmed the satisfactory healing in fracture site. Conclusion: The technique of rigid internal fixation using titanium miniplate is an excellent way to treat maxillofacial fractures. |
