人子宫肌瘤SCID鼠皮下移植瘤的建立及其生物学研究

摘    要:目的建立人子宫肌瘤SC ID鼠皮下移植瘤模型,为研究人子宫肌瘤的实验研究提供合适的动物模型。方法将2例子宫肌瘤患者手术切除标本移植于SC ID鼠皮下,观察移植瘤的及SC ID鼠生长情况。待移植瘤存活后作病理学及雌激素受体、孕激素受体(ER,PR)检查。结果成功建立6只人子宫肌瘤SC ID鼠皮下移植瘤模型,移植成功率为100%,荷瘤鼠的生存期未见缩短,状态良好。病理组织学证实:移植物保持了原子宫肌瘤生物学特征,ER、PR均有不同程度的表达。结论成功建立了人子宫肌瘤SC ID鼠皮下移植瘤模型,移植瘤保持了原子宫肌瘤生物学特征,是研究人子宫肌瘤较理想的动物模型。

Abstract:Objective To establish subcutaneous tumor models of human myoma of uterus in SCID mices,in order to provide appropriate tumor models of human myoma of uterus for experiental study.Methods 2 samples of human myoma of uterus attending were subcutaneouly heterotransplanted to SCID mices.The initially transplanted tumor and the growth situation of SCID mouse were observed.After the transplant lump survival,make the pathology and the estrogen receptor and the progesterone receptor(ER,PR) inspects.Results Transplantable human myoma of uterus were established successfully by 100%,the latent periods of tumor growth and the mean survival time were not reducesd.Histological resluts showed the transplanted tumors remianed the characteristics of original human myoma of uterus.Conclusions The subcutaneouly transplantable human myoma of uterus models had been established successfully.The transplanted tumors remianed the characteristics of original human myoma of uterus.The models may be an ideal animal models for the research of human myoma of uterus.
