摘    要:黑色素是人及动物皮肤或者毛发中存在的一种黑褐色的生物色素,是皮肤为避免受紫外线等的伤害而自行产生的一种保护性色素。遗传易感性、过度暴露在阳光下以及其他来源的紫外线均会破坏皮肤的抗氧化能力,影响黑素细胞合成黑素颗粒,引起皮肤色素相关疾病。现有研究表明皮肤中的抗氧化因子能有效保护机体免受紫外线的危害,维生素作为抗氧化物质已广泛应用于临床,本文概述了维生素B、维生素E、维生素C和维生素D等抗氧化维生素通过不同的抗氧化机制影响着黑色素代谢而应用于皮肤色素相关疾病的治疗,以期为维生素治疗色素疾病提供理论依据。

Abstract:Melanin is a dark brown biological pigment which exists in human skin or hair, also in animal; protect the damage of UV rays. Genetic susceptibility, excessive exposure to sun's rays and other sources of ultraviolet ray will damage the skin antioxidant capacity of the skin,then influence the melanin granules of melanocyte, cause pigment related skin diseases. Recent studies show that skin antioxidant factor can effectively protect the body from harmful UV rays, vitamins as antioxidants have been widely used in clinical practice. This article provides an overview of the antioxidant vitamins, including vitamin B, vitamin E, vitamin C and vitamin D, which affect the metabolism of melanin through different anti-oxidation mechanisms,and applied to the skin pigment disease treatment, in the hope of providing theoretical basis for the treatment of pigmentary disorders with vitamins.
