| 摘 要： | 建立了一种钼酸铵-硫酸亚铁-碳酸钠比色定硅法。该法简便易行,快速有效,不受磷酸根离子和维生素C等还原剂的干扰。测定了38种中草药的水溶性硅。

| Abstract: | This article has set up a method for silicon determination by ammonium molybdate-ferrous sulfate-sodium carbonate spectrophotometry, The method is simple, convenient, quick, effective and free of the influence of phosphate ion and reducing agents such as vitamin C and so on. By this method water soluble silicon has been determined in 38 herbal drugs. |
