| 摘 要： | 目的研究人体脂成分与机体肾脏功能之间的相关性。方法通过生物电阻抗分析测定446例研究对象的人体成分,同时采用常规方法测定该研究对象的血肌酐及尿素氮水平,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果人体脂成分的测定结果与血肌酐水平具有良好的相关性。(P<0.05)。结论人体脂成分与肌酐水平关系密切,具有预测性,通过上述因素建立回归方程能够对于机体肾功能水平作出更加完善的评价。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between body fat and renal function. Methods 446 patients were enrolled to receive bioelectrical impedance assay for body fat,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in plasm were detected routinely at the same time, statistics analysis were carried out then.Results The relationship were found between body fat and serum creatinine (P<0.05). Conclusions Body fat is closely related with creatinine and predictive for kidney function.Regression equation included factors mentioned above can provide consummate evaluation for clinics. |
