| 摘 要： | 目的对中药经皮给药与微波疗法辅助治疗小儿肺炎的疗效进行比较。方法将346例小儿肺炎患儿随机分为3组：对照组给予常规综合治疗，观察组Ⅰ给予常规综合治疗辅助微波疗法；观察组Ⅱ给予常规综合治疗加中药经皮给药治疗仪治疗。结果观察组Ⅰ、Ⅱ的临床疗效优于对照组，且观察组Ⅱ的临床疗效优于观察组Ⅰ（P〈0．05）。结论在辅助治疗小儿肺炎过程中，中药经皮给药、微波疗法安全、方便、有效，但中药经皮给药较微波疗法在患儿热退、咳喘、肺部口罗音和胸片改善及缩短住院日等方面疗效更具有优势。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the the clinical evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine percutem dosage and micro wave therapy in the therapy of pneumonia.Methods The 346 patients in children with pneumonia were randomly divided into 3 groups, control group were therapied by routine combined therapy. Observation group Ⅰ were therapied by micro wave therapy and routine combined therapy. Observation group Ⅱ were therapied by traditional Chinese medicine percutem dosage and routine combined therapy. Results The curative effect in Observation groupⅠ and Observation group Ⅱ were more effective than control group, Observation group Ⅱ were more effective than Observation group Ⅰ . Conclusion In the therapy of pneumonia, traditional Chinese medicine percutem dosage and micro wave therapy were more effective , Chinese medicine percutem dosage were superior to the therapy of pueumonia. |
