| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻内镜下治疗结构性鼻炎的方法与疗效。方法对128例结构性鼻炎患者,结合其症状、鼻内镜检查和鼻窦CT分析结果制定个性化手术方案,在鼻内镜下进行鼻腔结构的功能性重塑手术治疗,主要包括:①鼻中隔鼻成形术;②功能性下鼻甲手术;③中鼻甲成形术;④窦口鼻道复合体功能性切除术。结果术后随访10～20个月,平均15个月。痊愈90例(70.31%),有效35例(27.34%),无效3例(2.34%),总有效率97.65%。结论结构性鼻炎是由于鼻腔结构异常所致功能异常的疾病,鼻内镜下鼻腔结构的功能性重塑手术治疗效果好。
