| 摘 要： | Toll样受体(TLRs)是近几年发现的天然免疫受体,它们能特异性地识别病原微生物的结构成分,激活天然免疫。目前已克隆鉴定出13种TLR,其中TLR1~10在胎盘中有表达,表明TLRs在胎盘的先天性免疫过程中可能起重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | Toll-like receptor is the new found natural immune receptor in recent years,which can specificly recognize the structural component of pathogenic microorganism,and activate natural immune.At present,about 13 kinds of TLR receptor have been cloned and identified successfully,among which TLR1-10 have somewhat expression in placenta.These data showed that TLR may play an important role in natural immune of placenta. |
