我校开放科研实验室的实践和经验

科研实验室面向本科生开放是我校颇具特色的素质教育活动之一,在营造校园学术氛围、培养学生创新精神和科研能力方面起着积极作用。回顾了我校科研实验室开放取得的成绩与存在的问题,并进行了经验总结;提出完善的制度保障、良好的实验条件、带教科研人员的素质、学生的主观能动性是影响科研实验室开放成效的主要因素。

Practice and experience of our university in opening scientific labs to undergraduates

It is one of our characteristic activities in quality education to open scientific labs to undergraduate students. It plays a key role in building campus academic atmosphere and training students' abilities to conduct innovation and scientific research. This paper reviewed our achievements and problems in opening scientific labs to the students in the past, and then summarized our experience. Main factors that influence effect of opening labs are listed as good system, good experiment condition, high quality of scientific research staff, and students' initiatives as well.
