正交设计优化逍遥软胶囊提取工艺

目的:优选逍遥软胶囊的提取工艺。方法:采用正交实验,以挥发油量和总皂苷含量为指标优选合理提取工艺。结果:柴胡、当归、白术、薄荷挥发油提取最佳工艺为药材加5倍水量,浸泡3h,提取5h。其他药味最佳提取工艺为药材加6倍水量,煎煮3次,每次0.5h。结论:工艺方法简单、稳定可行。

Study on Extraction Process of Xiaoyao Soft Capsules by Orthogonal Experiments

Objective:To Study the extraction process of Xiaoyao soft capsules so as to achieve optimal extraction technique.Methods:Orthogonal experiment was used to optimize extraction process by using content of essential oil and total saponins as appraising indexes.Results:The optimum extraction condition for the extraction of essential oil of Radix Bupleuri,Angelica sinensis,Atractylodes macrocephala koidz,Mentha haplocalyx Briq,was 5 times amount of water,three hours of immersion and six hours of distillation.The optimum condition for the extraction of other herb was decocted with 6 times amount of water for 3 times and with 0.5 hour each time.Conclusion:It turned out to be a simple,stable and highly efficient method.
