| 摘 要： | 目的 :通过动物实验考察康安冲剂的抗衰老作用 ;方法 :观察康安冲剂对老化代谢产物及相关酶活性、总胆固醇、甘油三酯胆固醇含量的影响 ;结果及结论 :康安冲剂对青年、老年小鼠的过氧化脂质产物MDA含量均有明显降低作用 ,对小鼠脑和肝MAO -B活性具明显抑制作用 ,并明显提高脑和肝SOD活性 ,与同龄对照组比较P <0 0 1。并且具有促进蛋白质合成及促性激素样作用。康安冲剂可明显降低高脂血症大鼠总胆固醇、甘油三酯胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白的含量并对高密度脂蛋白的含量具有提升作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:Reserch on the antisenility of "KangAn"granule. Method:Adopting hyperlipemia mouse,young and old mouse as model,experimental research on "KangAn"granule for aging metabolin and its correlation enzymatic activity,totalcholesterol and triglyceride cholesterol concent. Conclusion:It is shown from the experimental research that "KangAn"granule obviously decreased the effect on peroxide's "MDA"content of young and old mouse,inbibited the effect of "MAO B"activity of mouse's brain and liver and raised "SOD"activity of brain and liver( P <0 01) with the promotion of protein synthesis and bormone action,compared with the same aged comparison group. The drug obviously reduses the content of total cholesterol triglyceride cholesterol and low density lipoprotein(LDL) and it can promote the content of high density lipoprotein(HDL).
