摘 要: | 目的:通过AEEG监测,了解颅内占位性疾病手术前后的脑机能变化特点。方法:选择260例颅内占位性疾病者,术前1-3天,术后1周、术后1-3月分别观察其AEEG表现。结果:(1)AEEG术前、术后1周或术后1-3月异常率分别为88.1%、97.7%、77.7% 。(2)术前无癫痫发作组。术后新发癫痫17例,提示手术对大脑皮质的损害。可能增加致痫机会。结论:AEEG对颅内占位性疾病术前术后的监测,可在一定程度上反映病灶及手术对脑机能的影响。为临床治疗提供参考。

Monitoring of 24h ambulatory EEG(AEEG) before and after intracranial mass lesion surgery |

Abstract: | Objective: To reveal brain electrophysiological features by monitoring of AEEG before and after intracranial mass lesion surgery. Methods: In 260 patients with intracranial mass lesions, AEEG was serially recorded during 1~3 days before surgery as well as 1 week and 1-3 months after surgery. Results: (1) AEEG showed the abnormality rate of 88.1% before surgery ,but the abnormality rate of AEEG were 97.7% and 77.7% during 1 week and 1~3 months after surgery. (2) 17 patients without symptomatic seizure before surgery developed symptomatic seizures after surgery, which suggests that cortex injury during surgery might increase an incidence of epilepsy. Conclusion: AEEG in monitoring the patients with encephalic space-occupying lesion before and after operation make it possible to observe the variations of brain function in time and it is helpful to clinical treatment. |
