摘    要:医疗质量管理是医院管理的核心,我院医务部提出了“以服务促管理”的理念并付诸于实践,健全规章制度,完善质量标准体系,落实保障体系,采取多种措施加强医疗质量管理,促进了医院稳步发展。

Abstract:The management of medical quality is the core of hospital management.The Department of Medical Affairs in our hospital suggested the idea of "promoting service with management" and put it into practice by improving regulative system,perfecting quality standard system,implementing quality ensuring system and strengthening medical quality management in various ways,and guaranteed the steady development of our hospital.
