摘    要:目的 :探讨缺血性脑血管病的发病机理 ,同时结合现代医学基础理论为临床针刺治疗脑缺血提供客观理论依据。方法 :运用三血管阻断法 ,以家兔为研究对象 ,建立了实验性脑缺血模型 ,采用“醒脑开窍”针法施以治疗 ,定性观测了大脑皮质血脑屏障超微结构的改变 ,定量观测了毛细血管的基膜厚度。此外还测量了全血粘度 ,血浆粘度 ,红细胞压积等血液流变学指标的变化。结果 :针刺能明显改善脑缺血家兔血脑屏障的破坏程度。胶质细胞肿胀减轻 ,毛细血管基膜连续 ,内皮细胞吞饮小泡减少。定量分析显示针刺组毛细血管基膜厚度比模型组有所增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而且针刺能使血液流变学各项指标得到改善。结论 :针刺在一家程度上能减轻脑缺血所致的血脑屏障的损害 ,同时能有效抑制高粘血症这一高危因素的发生。

Abstract:Objective: This experiment is to study the mechanism of ICVD and to provide the objective basis for clinically treating ICVD after acupuncturing. Methods:Occluding CCA and left vertebral artery,3-vo ICVD models in rabbit were made.The influence on ultrastructures of BBB by acupuncruing Ren Zhong point,Neiguan point and Sanyinjiao point were observed. A few targets of rheology were measured.Results: ultrastructures of BBB in ICVD rabbits were improved greatly. Compared with model groups,observation on acupuncturing groups showed that the pinolysosomes in capillary decreased and basemental membrance were connective. The results of quantitative analysis showed that there was significant differance between the model group and acupuncturing group in the thickness of basemental membrance of capillary. The results of rheology showed that the whole blood viscosity, the plasma viscosity and hematocrit in acupuncturing group were also improved greatly. Conclusion:acupuncturing can lessen the demage of BBB caused by ischemia and can also control the hyperviscosity of blood.
