| 摘 要： | 目的：了解经尿道电汽化术治疗前列腺增生症的疗效。方法：应用经尿道电汽化术（TUVP）治疗良性前列腺增生症40例。结果：术后病人排尿通畅，国际前列腺疾患症状评分从术前平均25．5降至术后的7．2，最大尿流率从术前平均9．1增至术后的21．5ml/s。结论：TUVP具有疗效显著、安全、并发症少等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effects of transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate for benign prostatic hyperplasia. Method: 40 cases of symptomatic benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) were treated with transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate (TUVP). Results: I PSS decreased from 25.5 pre operation to 7.2 post operation (P<0.001), Q max increased from 9.1 ml/s to 21.5 ml/s (P<0.001), and urethral obstructive symptoms significantly improved. Conclusion: Our study indicates that TUVP is a safe and effective therapeutic method with little side effects, and can be recommended for treatment of symptomatic BPH. |
