康妇特栓联用定君生治疗老年性阴道炎疗效观察

目的:探讨康妇特栓联用定君生治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:将老年性阴道炎患者150例随机分为三组。观察组50例,患者阴道用康妇特栓1粒/次,1次/d,7d后再阴道用定君生1粒/次,1次/d用10 d。康妇特栓组50例,患者阴道用康妇特栓1粒/次,1次/d,共7 d。甲硝唑组共50例,患者阴道用甲硝唑泡腾片1片/次,1次/d,共7 d。结果:治疗后第一次随访,三组治疗结果差异无显著性(P>0.05)。第二次随访观察组总有效率为90%;康妇特栓组总有效率为64%,甲硝唑组总有效率为66%(P<0.05)。结论:康妇特栓与甲硝唑泡腾片治疗老年性阴道炎疗效相似,康妇特栓联用定君生治疗老年性阴道炎优于单用康妇特栓或甲硝唑泡腾片。

Clinical observation of kangfute suppositories with lactobacillus in the treatment of senile vaginitis

Object: To explore the effects of kangfute suppositories with lactobacillus on senile Vaginitis.Methods: 150 cases of patients were randomly divided to three groups,each group with 50 cases.For kangfute suppositories with lactobacillus group,kangfute suppositories were used,once a day for seven days.Seven days later,one lactobacillus p.d for ten days.For kangfute suppositories group,only kangfute were used,once a day for seven days.For metrozole effervescent tablet group,only metrozole were used,once a day for seven days.Results: For the first follow-up visit,no significant difference was found among three groups after treatment(P>0.05).While for the second follow-up visit,the total effective rates were 90%,64% and 66% respectively for kangfute with lactobacillus,kangfute and metrozole group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Kangfute suppositories and Metrozole effervescent tablet share the similar effectiveness in the treatment of senile vaginitis.The combined use of Kangfute suppositories and lactobacillus is superior to the sole use of either metrozole effervescent tablet or kangfute suppositories.
