微电极导向多靶点毁损手术治疗帕金森病

摘    要:目的:总结微电极导向多靶点毁损手术治疗帕金森病的初步经验。方法:应用微电极导向技术对24例临床表现为混合型的帕金森病患进行了多靶点毁损手术治疗,在术毕、术后1周进行临床疗效观察,统一帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)综合评分对比,并观察跟随1-17个月。结果:全部患肢体活动灵活性、震颤在术毕即得到显;随访1-17个月后症状维持稳定,术前和术后UPDRS评分显提高。结论:微电极导向多靶点毁损手术治疗帕金森病是切实可行的方法。

Abstract:Objective: : To summarize th e preliminary experience in microelectrode-guided multi-targets lesion sterota ctic surgery for advanced Parkinson's disease. Methods: The hea ling effects of 24 patients with rigidity and tremor in unilateral and/or bilate ral extremities were observed and evaluated according to the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) one week before and after microelectrode-guid ed sterotactic surgery of multi-targets lesion. Follow-up ranged from 1 to 17 months.Results: Following surgery,rigidity tremor and poor reci procal movements were significantly improved. The patients obtained good results during 1-17 months follow-up after surgery. Preoperative and postoperative UP DRS score improved significantly. Conclusion: Microelectrode-g uided sterotactic surgery of multi-targets lesion is safe and feasible for adva nced Parkinson's disease.
