信息化促进医院药学服务转型与学科发展

目的：响应国家卫生健康委号召，利用信息化建设促进医院药学服务转型及医院药学学科发展。方法：介绍分析近年来我院医院药学信息化建设与实践过程，总结经验，为今后的工作提供借鉴参考。结果：我院建立了涵盖药品保障与药事管理、临床药学服务、科研与教学、科务管理以及科室文化建设各方面的医院药学信息体系HPIS，信息化促进药学服务转型及学科发展作用凸显。结论：应继续探索创新医院药学信息化建设，在促进临床合理用药、临床大数据研究以及临床药学专科医联体建设方面，充分发挥我院"国家队"作用。

Informatization to promote the transformation and discipline development of hospital pharmaceutical service

OBJECTIVE In response to the call of the National Health Commission,PRC,to use information construction to promote the transformation of hospital pharmaceutical care and the development of hospital pharmacy METHODS The construction and practice of hospital pharmacy informatization in recent years in our hospital were introduced and analyzed,so as to provide reference for future work.RESULTS Our hospital has established the hospital pharmacy information system(HPIS)covering the aspects of drug support and pharmacy management,clinical pharmacy service,scientific research and teaching,scientific affairs management and department culture construction.CONCLUSION We should explore the innovation of hospital pharmacy information construction continuously in the future,and give full play to our role of the"national team"in the promotion of clinical rational drug use,clinical big data research,and the construction of Hospital Aliiance for Clinical Pharmacy.
