微创脑室外引流结合脑脊液置换治疗重度脑室出血的临床研究

目的观察微创脑室外引流结合脑脊液置换术治疗重度脑室出血的疗效。方法将54例重症脑室出血患者分为两组,对照组采用单纯双侧侧脑室前角微创穿刺,尿激酶冲洗引流治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用腰穿脑脊液置换术每日1次,直至脑室中血肿清除,观察两组的疗效。结果治疗组在总有效率、死亡率、脑室出血清除时间、生活能力评分方面与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论将脑脊液置换术与微创双侧侧脑室外引流相结合用于重度脑室出血患者的治疗是安全有效的,且优于单纯的微创双侧侧外引流。

The Clinical Research of Micro-invasive Ventricle Drainage with Cerebrospinal Fluid Displacement Therapy on Severe Ventricular Hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of micro-invasive ventricle drainage with cerebrospinal fluid displacement therapy on severe ventricular hemorrhage.Methods Divide 54 patients with severe ventricular hemorrhage into 2 groups randomly,the first group was control group,the second group was treatment group.The 2 groups were both treated with micro-invasive ventricle drainage,and the treatment group was also treated with cerebrospinal fluid displacement therapy daily in addition,and the clinical effect of both groups were observed respectively.Results There was significant difference between two groups in the aspect of overall response,mortality,clearing time of hematoma and living ability score.(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro-invasive ventricle drainage with cerebrospinal fluid displacement therapy on severe ventricular hemorrhage was effective and safe.
