医院门急诊医疗质量管理的主要内容

摘    要:结合医院门急诊诊疗工作实际,从技术队伍、诊断治疗、医疗护理文书书写、设备、管理、服务、信息建设和环境八个方面论述了医院门急诊质量管理的主要内容,提出了68项管理指标。

Abstract:Based on the practices of diagnosis and treat, the author discusses the main contents of quality management in hospital's out- patient and emergency department, which are technologist groups, diagnosis and treatment, composing medical and nursing writ, equipment, management, information construction, and environment . In this article, the author also proposes sixth eight indicators for quality management.
